Lawrence Arthur Durocher aka Larry, Bucky

May 11, 1940 Windsor Ontario

Passed away peacefully December 22, 2024 at Bluewater Health Sarnia.

Son of the late Arthur and Marie (Campeau)Durocher.

Beloved wife of 64 years, Pauline (nee Pouget).

Father of Cathy & Tom Stuart, Richard & Mauryah Durocher, Tilly & Terry Lucier, and late

Vincent Durocher.

Pepe to Cameron (Brandon), Danielle (Darcy), Lucas (Kirsten), Nathan, Riley (Drew), Candace

(Brayden), Chris (Michelle),Chadd , Kyle and Morgan (Bryce).

Great-Pepe to 14 with 1 on the way.

Brother to Barbara Russell, Suzanne Pickle, Patricia Durocher and late Joseph Durocher.

Brother-in-law of Richard Pouget, late Elizabeth Durocher, late Clarence Pouget, Violet Lanoue.

Loved by numerous nieces and nephews.

Longtime special friends of Andy and Sherri Melvin.

Larry was a real working man for his family. Holding several careers from grocery store, paint

sales, lumber store, and 10 years as a school custodian.

Always a lover of the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping–tenting in the early years

followed by 20 years of winters in Fort Myers, and 20 years at Port Glasgow Trailer Park where

he loved his golf cart.

Most of all he was a jokester. He told jokes to just about everyone. He always heard the good

ones. Even ones that shouldn’t be repeated.

Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration Of Life will be held in the Spring around the time of his birthday.

Donations to Rodney Food Bank, or Ronald McDonald House.

A Memorial Tree was planted for Larry
