Obituary of Dianne Caudle

Went home to be with her Lord peacefully surrounded by her family at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home on Wednesday December 25, 2024, Dianne Elizabeth Caudle, age 80. 

 

Beloved wife of the late Mervyn Wilkinson. 

Born in Fergus in 1944, daughter of the late Louise (Melville) and Russell Caudle.

 

Loving mother of Terri (Glenn Liggins) Wilkinson, late Sharon Wilkinson, late Sheila Wilkinson and the late Barry Wilkinson. Cherished grandmother of Spencer, Garrett and Carter Liggins and GG of Brooklyn, Abel, Maci and Lincoln Liggins. 

 

Dear sister to her twin Joanne (Murray) Becker, Jean (late Ted) Williamson, Shirley (late Frank) Gregory, late Audrey (late Ron) Houston, late Jack (late Shirley) Caudle, Jim (late Marilyn) Caudle and the late Ken Caudle.  She will also be sadly remembered by many nieces and nephews. 

 

Dianne just celebrated her 80th birthday, she was the heart and humor of our family. Big hugs to her Friday companion and friend Annette Myers.

 

Special thanks to the nurses and PSW’s on 4 East Riverview Gardens for their compassion and care. 

 

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Monday December 30 from 12 PM until the time of Funeral Service at 1 PM in the chapel.    

 

Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Guelph.

 

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
