Alphonse Ouellette

December 12, 1952 – April 11, 2025

Peacefully, with his family by his side, Alphonse Ouellette passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, at the age of 72.

Beloved husband of Lise (DeGrace) Ouellette. Cherished father of Lily Parent (Robert), Cathy Caughy, and Steve Ouellette (Caroline).

Devoted Pepere to Sebastian (Sarah), Elizabeth (Josh), Bailey, Dakota, Madison, Abbigail, Dustin, the late Brodie and Oliver. Proud Great-Pepere to Luka, Claire, and Amara.

Born in Drummond, New Brunswick in 1952, Alphonse was the son of the late Marie (Bernier) and Onezime Ouellette. He worked many years in Maintenance with the Catholic separate school board, where he was known for his dedication, kindness, and work ethic.

As per Alphonse’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

Donations in his memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
