Dear ma, Its me Breya. I never spent too much time with you but when you passed I was never the same. Every time I passed the hospital, I cried. Everytime I see a picture of you, I can't handle the pain. You were the sweetest person in the world. No matter what, you always smiled. You were always happy, you were always kind, you were always there and my heart aches knowing I never got to say goodbye. I miss your smile, I miss your soft voice, and your laugh, but mostly I just miss you. I remember when you were in the hospital, I would always be too scared to sing in public, but now I would give anything to go back and sing for you. I miss you Ma, more than you will ever know, and I know you're up there, I know you're happy, and one day, I'll be with you. I love you Ma Love, Your great granddaughter, Breya

Dear Ma, Today, as we gather to say our final goodbyes, I find it hard to express the depth of my feelings. You were not just my grandmother; you were my godmother and my guiding light, a woman whose heart overflowed with love. Your ability to hold our family together was nothing short of miraculous, and your warmth enveloped us all. I cherish the moments we shared, especially the times when I would pamper you—brushing your hair, massaging your head. Seeing your smile in those moments brought me so much joy. You always knew how to make me feel special, showering me with compliments that lit up my spirit. Your encouragement and kindness made every day brighter. I’ll never forget the memories of rearranging your furniture and knickknacks as a child, convinced I was helping you clean. Little did I know, you would move everything back to its rightful place after I left! That was your gentle way of teaching me love and patience, reminding me that it’s not about perfection, but the joy of being together. As we celebrate your life today, I want you to know that although you are no longer with us on this earth, you will forever remain my angel in heaven.
