I worked at Olsen's in Wallaceburg with Doug.
I have always been very interested in my family tree and my great grandfather had come from Scotland in the 1860s to Canada. I was talking to Doug one day and had shared this with DOUG, and ha had told me we might be related because he also had a great grandmother who also had married and she was from Scotland. Seen Doug periodically after Olsen's had closed. Sorry for the your loss, we have lost a good person in Doug. God Bless you DOUG.

Doug's testimony definitely left an impression on me - not just for where he’d been, but for where he let God lead him back to.
“And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing; everlasting joy shall be upon their heads.” -- Isaiah 35:10
To Deb and all who loved him -- may that joy, which is now his, also rest on you in the days to come.

Heaven Gained one Amazing Angel, when they called Doug home. I met him way too many years ago, but he never seemed to change or age. Always made time to chat about anything and especially his Love of The Lord and the Wonderful Things he had been Blessed with. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time

Q: How did you meet Doug?
A: I met Doug at 16 years old when I began dating Dougie Jr in highschool. Doug and Debbie were gracious to have my daughter their grandchild live with them for a brief period of time when she was a confused, troubled tween. There has and will always be a special place in my heart for the Segee family as the life of my daughter brought us together. Always far apart but always near my heart. Rest in peace Doug.
Peace and love to Debbie and all friends and family. Life is short, make every day count, live your best life.
Nathalie and Jennifer Longval
I have included a picture taken back when Jennifer lived with Doug and Debbie along with myself and her younger sister.
