Obituary of Nancy Rabideau

It is with great sadness that the family of Nancy announces her passing on August 25, 2025, at the age of 68.    

Nancy fought a long battle she stayed strong to the very end. 

Nancy was a devoted mother to her four children: Mandie (Tom), Nikki (Will ), Cindy (Justen), and Henry. Her children were the pride and joy of her life, and she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to their happiness and well-being.

Nancy was predeceased by her mom Josephine Rabideau and Father Lawrence Rabideau and brother Brian

She is survived by her loving sister Sam, and her brother Keith well as longtime best friend and sister in law Terri with whom she shared a lifelong bond of love and friendship. Nancy will also be remembered fondly by her extended family including nieces and nephews and many dear friends. She also will be sadly missed my multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

Known for her warmth, kindness, and generosity, Nancy touched countless lives with her caring nature and sense of humor. She enjoyed her bingos with her bingo friends and family. She loved dancing to the song wipe out, spending time with her kids and family and will be remembered for her ability to bring people together and make them feel at home. She was a very gentle soul.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday August 31, 2025 at Hinnnegan-Peseski Funeral Home at 156 William Street South Chatham, beginning at 1pm - 3pm . Family and friends are invited to attend and share in remembering Nancy’s remarkable life.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude for the support, prayers, and kindness received during this difficult time.

Nancy’s legacy of love and strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
