Peacefully At ValleyView Nursing Home, St Thomas, on August 30, 2025, David DeVogelaere, age 76 of St. Thomas.  Born in Chatham on July 4, 1949 son of Mary Verbeem and the late George DeVogelaere.

 

Beloved husband of the late Theresa DeVogelaere. Loving father of Doris Mary Pelat and George David DeVogelaere.

 

Survived by his 4 grandchildren (Chantelle, Anton, Korena and Joseph) and 5 great grandchildren Samantha, Braxton, Sophia, Mariyah, and Rylee. 

 

Survived by his siblings ErieAnn, Linda, Richard and Larry.

 

Friends and relatives may visit at the Hinnegan Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham on Friday September 5 2025 from 6-8 PM. 

 

Cremation will take place.

 

Donations to the Parkinson’s society would be appreciated.
