Evelyn, Denise and I took many day trips with Take a Break Travel Tours to theatrical plays, musicals, markets and festivals as well in Petrolia. Evelyn was always the life of the party. Her spunky and outgoing attituded on these trips always made things fun. She will forever be remembered in my heart as a special women who kept a positive outlook and smiled through everything. I will also miss her contagious laughter. She loved life!
My sincere condolences to Denise as she has weathered great hardship in the last year with the passing of her brother Shaunn, her boyfriend Dave Needham and now her beloved mom. She is one of the strongest and most kind women I know. Always there for her family and close friends and continues to keep going through it all.
Evelyn may you now rest in peace and know I will miss your tender heart and presence in my life.

Dear Mom Marentette, you have been in my life for 29 yrs and I miss the times I spent with you and Shaunn; you both will always be in my heart. I envy the way you walked fast and I could not do it and you never once made me feel bad. I have great memories talking to you about your life and everytime I go by 9 Kerr so many memories and you welcoming me and my children into your family. Always made us feel we were family and special. I always felt your love and will treasure forever. Since Shaunn has been gone, there is not a night I always think of Shaunn and now you are with him. You taught him to be a good man, never swore, went to church and always respected you and his Dad and showed me I can love you and be safe. Love forever, never forgotten, and always in prayers: Cheryle Labadie
P. S. When you see Shaunn give him my love, will forever miss you.

Dear Little One, Since I was 5 years old you have been in my life and I miss you so very very much. You brought great joy and there is not a day that goes by I think and pray for you. I remember the laughs and smile, and picking you up when I hugged you. You are very precious to me and I will always have these memories and no one can take them away, even though they have tried. I love you and I know you are with Shaunn and Grandpa Marentette - you are lucky because you get to spend Christmas with God. Will never forget you, Love Forever Valene

I am very saddened to hear the news of ma Tante's passing. I offer my heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolences to my cousine Denise and the extended family. Ma Tante was the sweetest and kindest person with the biggest heart. She always kept us smiling and laughing with her unique sense of humour and her love of dancing. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. May the many memories you shared together bring you peace, comfort and strength during this difficult time. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Denise and extended family; I was saddened when you notified me of your Moms passing. As you know she was like a second mother to me growing up (which we joked with her about, often) as I spent so much time at your house and with your family due to my friendship with Shaunn. I hold great memories of these times and I will always cherish them.. Please know that although I will not be able to attend the service or visitation for your Mom due to the Covid situation and the vulnerable people I need to protect, as well as my own elder care responsibilities; I will indeed be remembering you all and praying that our Lords peace and comfort be with you today and the days ahead. Take care. God bless you. Ross and Elaine.
