Peacefully at Copper Terrace Long Term Care Facility, Chatham, on Monday April 24, 2017, Evelyn Leona Fontaine, age 92, of Chatham, beloved wife of Keith Fontaine.
Born in Michigan in 1925, daughter of the late Mary Ann (Johnston) and Roy McQuade.
She is survived by a daughter Donna (Jim) Koolen of Petrolia. Cherished grandmother of Shauna (Traveen), Cassendra, Zachary (Mallory). Also survived by a brother-in-law Lorne (Joyce) Fontaine.
Predeceased by sisters; Frances O’Brien, Joyce Nothey and a brother Roy Ralph McQuade.
As were Evelyn’s request, there will be no funeral home visitation or service.
Cremation has taken place.
Donations to the Charity of One’s Choice would be appreciated.
