Obituary of William Stewart Walker

Walker, William Stewart (Bill), Of Chatham, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Sunday January 7, 2018 at the age of 80. Bill is the son of the late James and Ivy Walker. Beloved husband of Aline Walker (Bissonnette) for 59 years.

Loving father of Maureen (Kevin Fischer) Walker of Cochrane, AB, Thomas Walker, and Richard (Lisa) Walker of Chatham. Predeceased by sons Brian and William Joseph Walker. Wonderful and proud papa to Cole, Molly, Zoe, Ivy Rose (Rosie) Walker, and Sawyer Walker Fischer. Loving brother of John (Patsy) Walker, Kelowna BC.

Predeceased by a sister Catherine and a brother, James (Jim).

Dad worked for many years as a tire salesman and then selling insurance. He loved being around his grandchildren, golfing and fishing.

Following Bill’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Cremation has occurred and interment will follow at a later date.
