Peacefully at Extendicare Southwood Lakes, Windsor, on Wednesday April 25, 2018, Margaret Denys, age 97, beloved wife of the late Arthur Denys (2004). Born in Merksem, Belgium in 1920, daughter of the late Augusta (VanAcker) and Isidore Thurston.

Loving mother of Gary (Linda) Denys, Dr. Allen (late Shirley 2005) Denys and Carol Ann Denys. Cherished grandmother of Allen Duquette, Jennifer Cruickshanks (Graeme) and Nicole Miller (Jeff) and also sadly missed by 9 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by a sister Emma Dulong and a brother George Thurston.

Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Saturday April 28, 2018 from 11 am until 12 noon.

A service will then be conducted in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Saturday at 12 noon with Deacon Chris Masterson officiating.

Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.

Donations to the Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
