Obituary of Tammy Lynne Perkins

At the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Tuesday March 5, 2019, Tammy Lynne Perkins, age 51, of Chatham, good friend of Terry Latford.  Born in St. John, New Brunswick in 1967, daughter of the late Merrilyn (Levere) and Wayne Perkins.  

She is survived by sisters; Michelle Perkins and Lana Perkins. Also sadly missed by nieces Kirsten Perkins and Chelsea Hall.

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Saturday March 9, 2019.

A Funeral Service will then be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday at 1 pm with Rev. John Anderson officiating.

Cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers donations to Myotonic Dystrophy would be appreciated.
