Merry Christmas Donnie, Dec 25/19. Our 1st Christmas without you. I hope you are at peace now!!. Our lives will never be the same again. A family of 5 to a family of 3, all in less than 4 yrs. angry & upset with you, but in the end who did it hurt the most, you are gone & I have to live with it. I wanna make some changes in my life for the better. There are only so many chances you get in life, so I may as well live it the best and somewhat healthiest I can. Cody went to mom's house the other night for a roast beef dinner. It does not feel like 3 days have went by since the last time I was on your page. Mom's been keeping busy, she cried today, remembering just a few wks before you went into the hospital, that you were in her room, & you turned to her & said, you know what Mom, she replied "what", & you said I love you, & she said to you, I love you too. Mom picked up your remains today from the funeral home & brought you back home. Today she said, "I can't believe he is gone". She is staying strong but there is a void in her heart from losing her only son & 3 yrs prior she lost her husband. XO

For those who never knew Donnie, he grew up around music, music was his outlet & his life. He was an avid guitar player (self taught) he also sang and wrote his own music. Donnie was an intelligent young man, he was great at drawing & mathematics. There isnt much he didnt share with his mother (Gail), he was definitely a mama's boy.
Fly high in the winds Donnie, no more worries, no more fears or tears. Forever hold us deep in your heart & never let go, when its our time to go, show us the light & lead us to the gate & make us all feel like we are home: Love your baby sister Andrea, XO.
