Obituary of May Anna Tibensky

Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Monday March 6, 2023, May Anna Tibensky, age 89, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Joseph Fred Tibensky (2011). 

Born in Port Hope, Ontario in 1934, daughter of the late Steve and Beatrice Smida. She is survived by 3 daughters, Teresa (Ross) Keeble, Deborah Babister, Nancy Tibensky and by one son Joe (Maggie) Tibensky. Sadly missed by 5 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Dear sister of Bill (Marie) Smida.

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Wednesday March 8, 2023 from  11am until 1 pm.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Wednesday March 8, 2023 at 1 pm.

Cremation will follow and burial of the ashes will take place at a later date.
