Peacefully surrounded by family at his residence, on Tuesday August 30, 2016, Donald Earl Hendrick, age 67, of Charing Cross, beloved husband of 49 years to Gail (Corbett) Hendrick.
Don is a retired Truck Driver, born in Tillsonburg in 1948, son of the late Eleanor (Beamer) and Walter Hendrick.
Loving father of Don Jr., Karla (J.P.) Zanki and Andrea Hendrick. Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Mitchell, Cody, Angelika, Michael and Emily. Dear brother of Norman (Dorothy) Hendrick. Predeceased by 2 sisters; Dorothy MacDougall and Ruth Sterling and a brother Walter Hendrick Jr.
As were Don’s request there will be no funeral home visitation or service.
A gathering of friends for a Celebration of Life will take place at the Moose Lodge (850 Richmond St.) in Chatham on Saturday October 8, 2016 from 1-4 pm.
Donations to the O.S.P.C.A would be appreciated.
