Steven, Michael, Jason, Roma, Walenty, Dominik and extended family, deepest, sincerest and most heartfelt condolences on the passing of Mitch, a wonderful father, brother, uncle and grandfather. Had the most delightful occasion of seeing Mitch at Copper Terrace when visiting someone else, within the last nine months and he and I sang together Mały Władiu's (Li'l Wally's) 'Puka Jasiu' (Johnny's Knocking) and Mazurek Dąbrowskiego- Polski Hymn Narodowy (Dąbrowski's Mazurka- The Polish National Anthem). Mitch was happy and glowing, singing in that beautiful voice of his!! Sang in front of everyone in the cafeteria. It brought back wonderful memories of Chatham's Polish Community of the 1960s. Always loved Mitch's jovial, warm and engaging personality. God bless his soul and many blessings to the family.- Walter Wolański

My Uncle Mitch was the real deal

My dearest Mitch, my Brother, the Dreamer,
A part of me is lost now that I have lost you ... a good and happy part of me.
You were always genuine and true and quick with a laugh to lift our spirits even when you had troubles of your own. This was your gift. You drew people into your presence just by being you. It wasn't always easy, but your smile was all it took to light up a room. It is impossible to imagine I will never again be able to see those sparkling eyes as we remember times gone by and hope for things to come.
My heart aches for your Steven, Michael and Jason and for your granddaughters who will keep the very best of you alive.
May you be wrapped in God's grace and find peace and rest, at last. You are with your Love.
