Suddenly at Copper Terrace Long term Care Facility on Sunday May 3, 2020, Mitchell Cylwa, age 69, of Chatham, beloved husband of the late Julie (Koscielski) Cylwa (2012).
Born in Suwalki, Poland in 1950, son of the late Leokadia (Trochimowicz) Cylwa and Zygmunt Cylwa.
Loving father of Steven, Michael and Jason. Cherished grandfather of Abbigail, Victoria, and Juliana. Dear brother of Roma Chruscik, Walenty “Val” (Bonnie) Cylwa, and Dominic (Krystyna) Cylwa. Also sadly missed by a sister-in-law Pauline Cylwa. Predeceased by a brother Peter.
Due to the current circumstances there will be no funeral home visitation or Mass. Private Family only.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
