Peacefully at Meadow Park Nursing Home on Tuesday December 28, 2021, Teresa Brzuskniewicz, age 97, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Benedyct Brzuskniewicz (1991). Born in Hadlach Kaucradzkich, Poland in 1924, daughter of the late Maria (Wojcik) and Frank Sebzda.
Loving mother of Barbara (Dr. Renato) Natale, Mary (John) Raepple, Ben (Terri), Mike (Bernadette), Michelle (Phil) Sawyer. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Dave, Mike, Andria, Jonathan, Alysha, Jacob, Julia and 9 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
A private family visitation and funeral mass will take place.
Interment will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or charity of your choice, in lieu of flowers.
