Obituary of Brian Tomek

Brian Tomek of Vancouver, British Columbia and formerly of Chatham, Ontario passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021, at his residence at the age of 55.

Dearly loved son of the late Charles and Mary Tomek of Chatham. Brian leaves behind his sister Charlotte (Paul) Konecny and brother David (Judy) Tomek. As well as, nephews Kevin (Evelyn) Konecny and Matthew (Jessica) Konecny and nieces Ashley (Aaron) Armstrong and Laura (Ryan) Wilson. He is also survived by great nieces and a nephew - Grace, Claire (Konecny), Olivia, Gwen, Everleigh (Armstrong), Sawyer and Brooks (Wilson) and many friends and extended family.

Many will fondly remember Brian’s love of travel. He was an avid adventure seeker and had the great pleasure of exploring many places in North America. He loved going on cruises, attending concerts, trying out new restaurants and taking in new sights. He will be missed dearly.

Cremation has taken place and a private family service will follow at a later date where he will be laid to rest with his parents at St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
