Obituary of Robert Louis Burton

Peacefully surrounded by family at his residence in Chatham, on Tuesday April 19, 2022, Robert “Bob” Louis Burton, age 84, of Chatham, beloved husband of the late Joan Marilyn (Kehoe) Burton (2014).

Born in Chatham in 1938, son of the late Bertha (Legue) and Charles Burton.

Robert was a Antenna and TV repairman.

Loving father of Jerry (Mary-Lou) Burton and Jo-Ann Burton. Cherished grandfather of Monica (Brent), Jacob, Genevieve (Mark), Sonya (Ian) and Gabriel (Nicole) and great grandfather of Ethan, Gavin, Jackson, and Bakita. Brother-in-law of Della (Paul) Grogan.

Predeceased by brothers Reginald and Elmer and by a brother-in-law Kenneth Kehoe.

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Thursday April 21, 2022 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday April 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Victory Church.  

Cremation will follow the mass.
