Obituary of Marie Ann Hawgood

Suddenly at London Health Science Centre - Victoria Campus, London, on Saturday June 11, 2022, Marie Ann Hawgood, age 75, of London and formerly Chatham, beloved wife of the late Robert Hawgood (2010). 

Born in Hawk Junction, Ontario in 1946, daughter of the late Viola (Shewfelt) and Lorenzo Vachon.  

Loving mother of Darlene Smith, Cheryl (Patrick) Henry, Alice (Brian) List, Robert Hawgood Jr., Denise (Darren) Nickles and Crystal Hawgood. Well loved by Avaiyah and many other grandkids.

Dear sister of Lynn Vachon, Joseph (Joan) Vachon, and Larry Vachon. Predeceased by a son Stan J. Clelford (1986) and a sister Lorraine Neville (2008) and a brother Rob Vachon (2016).

Cremation has taken place.

A Memorial service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home on Monday June 20, 2022 at 1pm with Pastor Greg Simpson officiating.

Visitation from 12 noon until the time of the service.

Burial of ashes will then follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.

The Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) is in charge of arrangements.
