Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Tuesday June 28, 2022, Lorretta Diane Swistun, age 63, of Chatham, beloved partner of Real Desjardins. 

Born in Wallaceburg in 1959, daughter of the late Madeline (VanDeMoortele) and Harold Latford.

Loving mother of Christopher Swistun, Mellissa (Brandon) Donais, Jeremy Swistun and by step children, Christopher Desjardins, Justin Desjardins and the late Jessica Desjardins (2005). Sadly missed by many grandchildren and siblings Mary, Terry, Michael, Christopher and late Robert Latford (2013).

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Sunday July 3, 2022.  

Cremation will follow and burial of ashes will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Thamesville at a later date.

Donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation or the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
