Obituary of Katheryna Kirenko

January 14, 1923 – July 24, 2022

Katheryna Kirenko, born in the Ukraine, passed away at Riverview Gardens at the age of 99 years.  She is lovingly remembered by her husband Teodor, her son Nestor and daughter-in-law Willi. 

She has been welcomed into her heavenly Father’s arms and has joined her daughter Irene.  спочивай з миром (Rest in Peace).

Special thanks to all of the caring staff at Riverview Gardens especially Maria, Lisa, Debbie, Tracy and Kylie.

Friends and Relatives may visit at the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home 156 William St. S., Chatham (519-352-5120) on Wednesday July 27, 2022 from 10 am until the time of the service.

A Chapel service will be conducted at 11 am with Fr. Tom Hrywna and Fr. Peter Hrytsyk of St. Vladimir and Olga Ukrainian Catholic Church, Windsor officiating.

Burial will then follow in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.

Please note that Mask’s are to be worn at all times during visitation and funeral.
