Obituary of Ruby Edna Tasker

At Copper Terrace Long Term Care Facility, Chatham, on Monday September 5, 2022, Ruby Edna Tasker, age 94, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Harold "Curly" Tasker (2007). 

Born in Tilbury West Township in 1928, daughter of the late Ellen (Norton) and George James.  

She is survived by her grandchildren; Lisa (Kevin), Robin (John), Bob (Natalie), Shawn, Penny, Michelle, Tammy, Tara and many great grandchildren. Also survived by a sister-in-law Ellen Tasker. Sadly missed by a step sister Dola Reaume.  

Predeceased by sons Doug (2009) and Jim (2014) Tasker and a daughter Diane Powers (1994) and by brothers Ray and Bob James.  

 Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Friday September 9, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.  

A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Chapel of the funeral home on Saturday September 10, 2022 at 11am.

Burial will be in Maple Leaf Cemetery.

Donations to the Salvation Army or the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
