Obituary of William Wauthier

William John Leo Wauthier, born April 20^th 1963 and passed away with his family at his side on Wednesday November 16, 2022.

He is survived by his sisters; Karen (Ed) Clark, Tracey Wauthier (Dave Marchand) and by a brother Rob (Rose) Wauthier.

He is predeceased by his parents, Betty (Bond) and Russell Wauthier.

William will be missed by his aunt and uncles, many cousins, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. William loved sports, hockey, baseball and basketball and he had a love for all Toronto teams. He also loved the outdoors and loved to hunt, fish and camp outside.

William also loved working; he was a carpenter, a roofer and could build a house from the ground up. 

Some even say he was a “Willy of all trades.”

William has a great relationship/friendship with his boss and mentor Terry Butler. Some say that William was the son Terry never had and we have to agree. William will be missed by many and loved by all who knew him.

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 4-7 pm on Monday November 21, 2022.

Cremation will then follow.
