Obituary of Alice Marie Demers

At the Chatham-Kent Hospice, on Saturday September 16, 2023, Alice Marie Demers of Chatham at the age 81 years.

Born in Merlin in 1941, Alice was a Bookkeeper until her retirement.

She is survived by daughter a René Blondeel and by sons Greg, Tim (Lynn) and Jaimie (Shannon). Sadly missed by several grand and great grandchildren.

Dear sister of Rose Marie (Bob) Rose, Marion (John) Blyth, Patricia (Ron) Lloyd, Doreen (Bob) Larabie, Beverly (Pam) Demaeyer. Predeceased by a son Lonnie Blondeel. 

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Wednesday September 20, 2023.  

A Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home on Thursday September 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Greg Simpson officiating.  

Cremation will follow.
