Obituary of Antonio Iantosca

Suddenly at his residence in Chatham, on Saturday November 21, 2015, Antonio Iantosca, age 94, of Chatham, beloved husband of the late Marie “Grace” (DeCola) Iantosca (2010). Born in Montefalcione, Italy in 1921, son of the late Carmina (Brogna) and Angelo Iantosca.
Antonio was a veteran of WWII having served as a Medic in the Italian Army for 4 years and was a German Prisoner of War in Austria for 2 years. He is survived by sons; Ralph (late Theresa 2013), Jim (Deb), Michael, and Enzo (Tara). Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Antonio Grazio (1955) and by all his brothers and sisters.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Tuesday November 24, 2015 from 2 – 4 and 7 -9 pm, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday November 25, 2015 at 11 am in St. Ursula’s Church.
Entombment will be in Maple Leaf Mausoleum.
Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
