Peacefully surrounded by family at Windsor Regional Hospital, on Monday December 11, 2023, Maria da Conceicao Abreu Cardoso Machado, age 77, of Chatham, beloved wife of Fernando Machado. Born in Sandiaes, Ponte de Lima, Portugal in 1946, daughter of the late Clara (deAbreu) and Joaquim Cardoso.
Loving mother of Paulino (Karen Ann Wilson) Machado and Albertino (Jackalynn) Machado. Cherished grandmother of Hayden, Eliana, Evalina, Hewson and Claire.
Predeceased by her brother Domigos Cardoso.
As were the family’s wishes, a private funeral and visitation was held in the Funeral Home.
Burial was in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
Donations to the Charity of One’s Choice would be appreciated.
