Peacefully, at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home, Chatham, on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, Martha “Ruth” Evers, age 95, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Herbert Evers (2000). Born in Terra Haute, Indiana, daughter of the late Wilbur Brentlinger and Martha Osier.
She is survived by her children, Ronald (Jeanne) Evers of Beeton, Victoria “Vickie” (Patrick) Barry of Chatham, Terrence “Terry” (Susan) Evers of Chatham, Wendy (Michael) Blue of St. Thomas, her grandchildren, Mark (Virginia), Veronica (Thomas), Sean, Ryan (Christina), Kimberley, Rayna (Greg), Tracy (Corey), and 11 great grandchildren. Also survived by her half brother Richard Brentlinger. Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 7 – 9 pm on Sunday, November 8, 2015.
Funeral Service will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 11 am.
Burial will follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
