For my cousin. I will miss seeing and hearing/reading about your adventures from your dad. Your loss has left a hole in my heart. I wish, if wishes were able, to have seen you, hugged you and tell you how happy I was to know and be part of our family. We did have someone in common, your great grand Uncle. Mom and family,
im sorry for your loss, i love Collie he was my brother to, and even tho i didnt see him much i still thought about him and the rest of you often, and still tell stories about us as a family from when David and i were married. no matter what anyone says you guys are my family no matter how far apart we may be. i love you all and my heart goes out to all of you. be strong and keep your heads up , i think thats what he would have wanted.

Q: What will you never forget about Colin?
A: Colin was a good friend during high school. We met there and had lots of fun playing pool and cards. Later, when he was building houses and such, he was constructing a new shop for a friend of mine. I drove tractor with a loader over to mount the main I beam for the shop and Colin, not missing a beat with his humor said what are you planning to do with that corn picker, lol. Needless to say the shop was built afterwards. Colin always had a great sense of humor and a smile.

To me you were the Man with the Yellow Hat, celebrating Jamie and your 25th birthday at his surprise birthday party was one of my fondest memories, although I didn't last very long that night, too many wobbly pops.

Colin Stass was a kid that lived down the road from me. We often played at the park together and he always had a smile on his face. He was a quiet child, but his integrity was always intact. He was the first, to let women go first when up to bat. In later years when I saw Colin, he spoke highly of his children first before ever telling me about his own life. Although I was not close with Colin in his latter years, I feel that I can say he lived life to see the joy for others. He will be sadly missed.

This hurts.. your one of the good guys !!! gone too soon. Best Friends growing up we had some great times. Our 19th birthday weekend most definitely our greatest memory. That was a great weekend. Rest Easy my friend , my brother until we meet again. You will be missed.
