Obituary of Anna Koprowski

Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Wednesday June 10, 2015, Anna Marie Koprowski, age 92, beloved wife of the late Frank Koprowski (2000).
Born in Suwalki, Poland in 1923, daughter of the late Julia (Slaska) and Feliks Wierzbicki. Anna immigrated to Canada in 1963 to marry and raise a family. She was dedicated to the family farm and loved nature and gardening. She was also a proud member of the Polish Canadian Club.
Loving mother of Edward Koprowski and Daniel Koprowski both of Charing Cross. Predeceased by 3 brothers; Theodor, Stanislaw, Waclaw and 2 sisters; Feliksa and Helena.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Friday June 12, 2015 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 8 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday June 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Victory Church. Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Donations to the Charity of One’s Choice would be appreciated.
