Obituary of Leona Loveday

Peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Saturday, March 28, 2015, Leona Ida Loveday, age 81, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Roland Pottier (1992). Born in Dover Township, daughter of the late Delina and Arthur Emery.
She is survived by her sons, Richard (Grace) Pottier, Edmond (Rebecca) Pottier, and Roger (Kim) Pottier all of Chatham, her grandchildren, Matthew, Robert, Christopher, Lindsay, Jessica, Paul, Sean, and Alex. She is also survived by her sister, Helen (Don) Meyerink of Chatham and her brother Lloyd (Joanne) Schram of Windsor and sister-in-law Lucille Emery. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her brother, Gerard Emery(1972).
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 2 – 4 PM and 7 – 9 PM, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 10 AM in St. Agnes’ Church.
Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
