Peacefully, surrounded by family at Maple City Residence, Chatham, on Thursday November 20, 2014, Antero Melo Silva, at the age of 57 years. Born in the Azores, Portugal in 1957, son of the late Conciacio Melo and Manuel Silva.
Dear brother of Adriana (Manuel) daSilva, Zélia (David) Reis, André (Alexandra) Silva and Horátio (Conciacio) Silva all of Chatham. Predeceased by a brother Joe Andre Silva. Also sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 7 – 9 pm on Friday November 21, 2014. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home on Saturday November 22, 2014 at 10:30 am with Fr. Bill Capitano officiating.
Burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery. Donations to the Cancer Society or Charity of One’s Choice would be appreciated.
