At the Hospice of Windsor on Thursday June 12, 2014, Charlotte Lee-Anne Johnson, at the age of 28 years.
Born in Chatham in 1985, dear daughter of Alex and Barb Johnson of Harrow. Granddaughter of Isabel Johnson of Sarnia. She is survived by a 2 brothers; James (Jennifer) Johnson of Coatsworth and David Johnson of Wallaceburg . Loving aunt to Dominic and Katie.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 7-9 pm on Monday June 16, 2014.
Funeral Service will be conducted in the Chapel on Tuesday June 17, 2014 at 11 am. with Rev. Susan Jolley officiating. Cremation will follow.
Donations to the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc. would be appreciated.
