Obituary of Jacqulyn Ladd

Peacefully, at the London Health Science Centre – Victoria Campus, on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, Jacqulyn Darlene Ladd, age 68, of Chatham, wife of the late Joseph Burke and the late Alan Ladd. Born in St. Thomas, daughter of the late Phyllis and William Smith. She is survived by her grandchildren Dakota and Shane, her brothers, Bill and Tom Smith, and her dear friend Rhonda Nead.
Predeceased by her son Thomas “Sandy” Burke, her sister Gail Hardy, and her brother Paul Smith. Cremation has taken place.
A graveside Memorial Service will be held at Maple Leaf Cemetery on Thursday, May 22 at 1 pm. Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
