Obituary of Ernie Guay

At his residence, on Tuesday April 4, 2017, Ernest “Ernie” Patrick Guay, age 64, of Merlin, beloved husband of his Becky (Atkinson) Guay. Born in Port Arthur in 1953, son of the late Phyllis (Clinton) and Mozart “Moe” Guay. Ernie is retired from the Canadian National Railway as a Track Maintainer Foreman.
Loving father of Yvonne (Gerry) Guay, Jenny (Ryan) Guay and Marshal (Julie) Atkinson. Sadly missed by 8 grandchildren. Dear brother of Marilyn (Rene) Martin, George Guay and Dennis (Maria) Guay.
Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 7 – 9 pm on Friday April 7, 2017.
Cremation will follow.
Friends are asked to gather at the family residence at (old schoolhouse):6704 Middle Line, Merlin,ON
from 1-4 pm on Saturday April 8, 2017 to share their memories and some laughs.
