A resident of Chatham, Anna Kuchta passed away peacefully at the Chatham Kent Hospice, on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at the age of 89.
Born in Czechoslovakia, daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Baley and wife of the late Louis Kuchta.
In keeping with the wishes of Mrs. Kuchta, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Anna
