Obituary of John Peter Van Den Enden

 On Wednesday, July 5, 2017, John Peter Van Den Enden, age 59, of Kent Bridge, beloved husband of Jeannie Van Den Enden (Boka). Born in Chatham, son of Trudy and the late Adrian Van Den Enden.

 Dear Tata of Kasandra and the late Ivan. 

  Brother of Adrian (Florence), Rien (Pat), Al (Michele), JoAnne (Barry Prout), Jack, Bill (Noralyn), Connie (Cliff Elford), Joe (Deb), Mike (the late Cheryl), Paul (Patricia), Terry (Ian Kennedy). Loved Uncle and Great Uncle to nieces and nephews as well as the ones who have passed, Chantelle and Marsha. Greatly missed by uncles, aunts and cousins in the Netherlands and especially to his name sake, Oom Jan, as well as family in Croatia.

 Also survived by his mother in law Ana Boka and sister-in-law, Kristina Boka (Sean).  Predeceased by his father in law Albert Boka.

 John worked at Industrial Metal Fabricators for over 42 years and was proudly part of the Rudy's Welding Ball Hockey team.  He leaves behind many friends whose lives he touched in his lifetime and leaves an everlasting imprint. He also leaves behind his very special friends Cindy, Chris and Sam and many other close friends. Beloved Godfather to Ivan Dakovic and the Duluth family.

  Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 pm.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 10 am in St. Joseph's Church.  Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
