Obituary of Aurele Rossignol

Peacefully, at Tilbury Manor Nursing Home on January 3, 2018, Aurele Felix Rossignol, at the age of 77.  Beloved husband of Anne Marie (Perreault) Rossignol. Born in St. André, New Brunswick in 1940, son of the late Almida and Etienne Rossignol. 

Loving father of Suzanne (Rosaire) Tetrault, Etienne, Augustin, Maurice (Kathy Bondy) and GuyAnne (Terry) Smoke.  Dearest grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Hermel, Bertin (Therese), Camille (Marie-Reine), Guy (Gaetanne), Gildor (Anne) Rossignol, Velma Lavoie, Velva (Gerald) Ouellette and Valda Lavoie. 

Predeceased by brothers Enoil and Maurice, brother-in-law Aimé Lavoie, and granddaughter Chrissy-Lyn Tetrault. 

Aurele was a member of Fr. James Assembly 4th degree Knights of Columbus.  

Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Monday, January 8, 2018 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 PM with a service by Le Club de l’Amitié to follow.  A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 11 AM at Immaculée Conception Church, Pain Court.
