Obituary of James Scott Babister

Babister, James “Jimmy” 

November 25, 1955  -  February 19, 2018

While listening to Rock’N’Roll music surrounded by family, Jimmy went on to join his brothers John, Randy and Kenny Babister as well as brothers-in-law Bill Johnson and Jake Terpstra. 

Born in Chatham, son of the late John and Betty Babister, he will be forever loved by his children Jesse Babister of Kingsville and Brittney Babister (Ishi “Q” Samuels) of Montreal, his grandchildren Garrett and Aleah, his sisters Linda Terpstra, Debbie (Dave) Ancocik, and Judy Jo Johnson, his brothers Gary (Brenda), Rick (Barb), Danny Babister and sister-in-law Jeannine Babister. Predeceased by special nephew Sean Babister. 

He is survived by many nieces and nephews, an extended family of very close friends and former wife Peggy Lemesurier. 

A Celebration of his Life will be held for family and friends at his home away from home, the KBD Club, 34 Byng Avenue, Chatham on Friday February 23rd between 1-6pm.
