Condolences to you and your children for the loss of a wonderful lady. I knew Pat for the past 30 plus years through my employment with law firms in Chatham. Your mother was the title searcher for the offices I worked in. Pat never turned down a request for help and always got the paperwork in record time. She taught me a lot over the years and I am very grateful to her. She was never too busy although she had so much on her own plate. I was shocked to hear of her death and know she will be missed greatly by all who knew her.

My deepest sympathies to you Al and your family. I met your Mom when I was a summer student at the Land Registry Office, and worked along side and with her for many years. I learned a lot from Pat as she became one of my closest mentors. She was very kind and always helpful in anyway she could. I cherish those memories. So sorry for your loss Al, and family. I worked with Pat for a short time, since January 2018 however in that time, she made a deep impact. Her ability to work so hard, and her level of dedication in her field as title searcher is one that will stay with me. She was gentle, kind hearted and hard working. I will miss her smile and presence here in the office each day. The chair where she sat each day remains empty, however the memory she leaves will last a lifetime. RIP dear friend.
