I just read about your mom's passing and am so sorry I didn't know about it sooner so that I could make it to the funeral. I have very fond memories of your mom and all the great times I had with your family at your house. She was a wonderful lady and I'm sure she will be greatly missed.

I am sorry I could not make it to your service Betty. You and Roy were amazing influences in my life...whether hanging out on Van Allen, running the tools at the Adams Body Shop or spending beach time at Rondeau, you were always there for mom and dad and for the Myers kids. You were an absolutely beautiful person and your strong legacy, character, and sense of humour will carry on for generations. I love you and miss you. Peter

So sorry for your loss. I took care of Betty's husband Roy for many years at Thamesview Lodge and Riverview Gardens. Betty visited often and was so good to him even though he didn't always remember her.

To all of Betty's family, I am so sorry to hear about Betty's passing. I use to play cards with Betty at Br. 28 on Tuesday nights. We use to have such a great time, and Betty was a delight to be around. We had many a visit in the Superstore which we use to laugh about. Dear Debbie and family, We are so saddened to hear of the loss of your mother. It is difficult to put into words the sense of loss we feel. Your mother was a great friend not only to myself but my sisters as well. The memories of her and 6 other ‘sisters’ will always be in our minds and hearts. When we had to clear out my sister, Anne’s, apartment, your mother’s help, hospitality, and sense of humour made a hard task bearable. With her helping us, we were able to focus on what was best for my sister. My memories will always include the great times we had at my place in Grand Bend during sister week and any time we visited Chatham. Her devotion to her family was very evident when she spoke of the family. She was so proud of you. We will miss her teaching us different games, her straight forwardness and most of all her sense of humour. You will be in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
