Obituary of Virginia Myrtle Jenner

Peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Friday April 20, 2018, Virginia Myrtle Jenner, age 97, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Leonard Jenner Sr. (2001).  Born in Wallaceburg in 1920, daughter of the late Caroline (Broadbent) and Julius Moeyaert.  

She will be sadly missed by her 4 sons and their families: Leonard Jr. and his wife Diane, Children, Melissa (Kevin) Burtch, Carrie (Collin) Bateman and step daughters Kim (Jim), Sue and Pam, son Duaine (Charlene) Jenner and children: Sandra (Mike) Van Vaerenberghe, Mike and Eric Jenner and step children Josh Davies, Jennifer (Nathan) Sewell, son Brian (Lyne) Jenner and son Gary (Sue) Jenner and children: Amber (Alex) Sayers, Kyle (Alynna) and step children Lindsay (Adam), Andrew (Nicole) and Gage. Also dearly missed by several great grandchildren. Predeceased by a sister Marion Wier.

Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Sunday April 22, 2018 from 2 - 4 and 7 – 9 pm.

A Chapel Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home (156 William St. S. Chatham) on Monday April 23, 2018 at 10:30 am with Deacon Steve Cartier officiating.

Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
