Obituary of Roger Joseph Roy

Suddenly at his residence, on Sunday June 17, 2018, Roger Joseph Roy, age 73, beloved husband of Angela (Waddick) Roy. Born in Chatham in 1945, son of the late Alice (Martin) and Gerard Roy.  

Loving father of Marie Roy (Rob Cumming), Gerard (Laurie Hawkins) Roy, Bernard (Stacey Laprise) Roy and Raymond (Erin) Roy. Sadly missed by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of Rachel (late Euclid) Mailloux, Yvonne (Don) Skipper, Yvette (Tom) Wright, Francine (Larry) Yott and Carmel (Michael) Waddick.   Predeceased by 2 grandchildren Emmett and Emmanuel.   

Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Wednesday June 20, 2018 from 2- 4 and 7 – 9 pm, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 pm.  

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday June 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Immaculée Conception/St. Philippe Church, Pain Court with visitation from the Church at 10 am until 11 am.  

Burial will be in Immaculée Conception Cemetery.
