Surrounded by family at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Chatham Campus, on Sunday August 26, 2018, Geraldine Rose Duceder, age 59, of Chatham, beloved daughter of Yvonne (Authier) Duceder and the late Gerald Duceder (1994).

Loving sister of Jackie Duceder-Vanheule (Patrick) and Veronica Laliberte (Eugene). Sadly missed by a special nephew Matthew and niece Kaitlyn Vanheule. Also sadly missed by an Aunt Jean Robertson (Ken) and by several cousins.

Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Friday August 31, 2018 from 7:00 -9:00 PM where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 7 pm.  

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday September 1, 2018 at 10:00 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church.  

Cremation has taken place and burial of ashes will follow the mass in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
