Obituary of Beulah Madeline Morton

Beulah Madeline Morton was called to be with her Lord at the age of 86 years on October 8, 2018. Born April 5, 1932 in Chatham Township to the late George Herbert and Laura Ann (Simmons) Morton.

Called by her middle name, Madeline was one of 10 children born to this union. All her siblings have preceded her in death.

Especially noted  predeceased two sisters, Gertrude (Morton) Vincent, and Eva Morton, as well as brothers Gordon, Harold and Howard Morton.

 She was a member of Prince Albert Baptist Church, later joining Tried Stone Church in Chatham.  Madeline leaves to cherish her memory many nieces and nephews: Naomi and Gilbert Brooks of Windsor, Faith and Eugene Crew, Linda Jenner all of Chatham, Ivan Morton and Laurie, Judge Marvin and Judith Morton all of Toronto and a host of relatives and friends especially the staff and residents at Park Street Place Residence in Dresden. 

Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) from 2 - 4 and 7 – 9 pm on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.  Funeral Service will be conducted in the funeral home on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 11:30 am with Bishop James Pittman officiating.

 Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
