Obituary of Anne Hartford

Peacefully at Riverview Gardens on Thursday October 11, 2018, Anne E. (Dierickse) Hartford, age 86, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Charles Walter Hartford (1988).  Born in Chatham in 1932, daughter of the late Julia (D’Hondt) and Peter Dierickse.  

Loving mother of Catherine Duhaime (late Dave 2016), Frank and Carol Hartford, Julie and Richard Proulx, and Michael and Sandra Hartford. Sadly missed by 11 grandchildren; David Lovell, Julie Lovell, Jennifer Brown, Joe Ball, Tawnya Hartford, Randy Hartford, Kelly Ladd, C.J. Hartford, Kristyn Pook, Brent Hartford, Kelsey Hartford and by 9 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Doris McGuire.  

Predeceased by a son Charles Peter Hartford (2017) and by sisters; June Mailloux, Celina French, Rose Foulis and Marg Dierickse and by brothers; Peter, Leon and Frank Dierickse.   

Friends and relatives may visit at the Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Monday October 15, 2018 from 2 - 4 and 7 – 9 pm.  

A Service will be conducted in the Chapel of the Funeral Home on Tuesday October 16, 2018 at 11 am with Deacon Morgan Traecy offficiating.  

Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
