Obituary of Gertrude Wright

Peacefully, at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, Gertrude Wright, age 86, of Chatham, beloved wife of the late Allan Wright (2001).  Born in  Chatham, daughter of the late Mary Jane and Thomas Siddall.  

Beloved mother of Mary Jane (Stephen) Williston, Jackie (Gord) Cushman, and Russell “Bud” (Ann) Wright, 6 grandchildren, Todd (Angie) Chickee, Titto (John) Chickee, Terra (Gregg) Schooley, Christine Cushman, Michael (Leslie) Wright, and Joseph (Sarah) Wright, great grandchildren, Taylor, Lauren, Alexandria, Jackman, Hannah, Owen, Kennedy, Cooper, and Keyanni, Kyelann and Lennox.  Also survived by Shirley (John) Rose, Barbara Siddall and many nieces and nephews

Predeceased by a son, Joseph Wright and 13 brothers and sisters.

At Gertrude’s request cremation has taken place with a private burial of her cremated remains in Maple Leaf Cemetery.   Donations to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada would be appreciated.
