Obituary of Judy Diane Owen

When you can’t find her, don’t worry, she’s doing alright. She’s probably hiding off somewhere drinking caesars, watching the butterflies. Daughter of the late Nelson and Eva Hurt, Judith Diane Owen died on April 14, 2016 and would want you to know that her work here as the loving wife of John Joseph Owen is done. She is off to meet with her brother Robert, sister Connie, and loving cousin Jim. A special place of music, laughter, and endless baking awaits her presence. If you ever want to celebrate in her memory, look for her during a long car ride at night, listen for her between the lyrics of an ABBA song, laugh with her during a wheelbarrow race, or think of her while spending time with family. These were her fondest of memories and how she wishes to be remembered. She is survived by six children. Her spirit will be carried on through the adoration of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She has taught those around her how much love can truly be lived in a lifetime, and will be forever missed. Cremation will take place with burial of cremated remains in Victoria Memorial Gardens, Oldcastle, Ontario. Donations to V.O.N. Chatham would be appreciated.
