Peacefully, at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Tuesday, December 12, 2018, Marie Jeanne Waddick, age 85. Beloved wife of the late George Waddick (2001).  Born in Chatham in 1933.  Daughter of the late Freda and Hector Lozon.

 Loving mother of Pam (Jeff) Neil and Sandy (Ken) Poissant.  Dear grandmother of Jeremy (Melissa) Dawdry, Melissa (Sean) Whaley, Jamie (Nadine) Neil, Mike (Laura) Neil, Drew (Erica) Poissant and Danielle Poissant.  Dearest great grandmother of Sean, David, Michael, Patrick, George, Weston and Lyvia.  Also remembered by her sister Diane Gardiner and brother Jerry Lozon. 

Predeceased by  her son Rudy (1991), daughters Mary Waddick and Debbie Dawdry (2003) and grandchildren Joseph Dawdry and Joey Neil. 

Jean was a strong woman that faced her struggles with grace. 

Friends and relatives may visit at Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham (519-352-5120) on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM, where Vigil Prayers will be offered at 3 PM.

 A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10:30 AM in St. Ursula's Church.

 Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery.

Donations to Parkinson’s Society Southwestern Ontario or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
